Utopia is an inhabitant of the Colony who arrived on Vertumna aboard the Stratospheric alongside the player character.

Utopia works in Expeditions and is a member of the Council as Chief Surveyor following Late Wet of Year 2.

Utopia will block the way in front of the gates leading out of the Colony, preventing Sol from going outside. She can be convinced that Sol is brave enough (requires 20 Bravery) or tough enough (requires 20 Toughness), which will allow Sol to go out on expeditions upon reaching the age of 13 in Mid Quiet of Year 4. If Sol has already reached this age when completing this interaction, expeditions will immediately be unlocked and Utopia will disappear from the gates, allowing Sol to go outside.
Utopia will engage in a romance post ending with the player if you, flirt with her multiple times, become second surveyor and get the explorer ending.
