Hal, also known as Halitosis, is an inhabitant of the Colony who arrived on Vertumna aboard the Stratospheric alongside the player character.

Hal teaches Biology, Engineering, and Humanities classes to the children of the Vertumna colony. He enjoys ancient Earth poetry.
